Fancy Swim Hair

To Cool for Hair got invited to a swim party so she called in mom to help her look cute and keep her hair out of her eyes! so we started by parting her hair across behind her ears, and pulling the back part into low pigtailsThen we parted the front on the side and french braided the hair back to the very bottom of the hair. She had her hair cut around Christmas and had side bangs cut, we have to do something with the front or it will just fall out of pigs or ponys. This would be great if you kiddo is growing out bangs or to keep long bang out of their eyes!

Then I pulled the braids back and wrapped them around the piggie and pulled it threw with my Topsy tail, then repeated it on the other side!

Here it is from the back

Here it is from the front!

Thanks for letting your mom play with your hair you are "The Best"

Braided Headband with a pony tail

We Were going to the zoo with grandma and we over slept, so we did some super fast hair that was cute and up so we didn't have hair on our necks... turned out it rained on us and we wore hats all day long! oh well here are our dos for the day!
Baby monkeys hair I saw a pic of Ashley Tisdale with a braid headband around a pony so here it is!
So I parted her hair in a circle around her head. This proved the most challenging and i thought it was not straight and was not going to take pics but then as I started braiding you couldn't tell that it was crooked. so we took pics. I only pulled hair from the front of the dutch braid, this made it sit back on the part and hide it from view.
Then I continued on with the braid and finished it off with an elastic..

Then I pulled the rest of the hair into a pony tail. I always hairspray before I comb and that helps keep the hair smooth just work fast so the hairspray does not dry on you before you are done! Then I hooked the braid into the bottom of the pigtail.

Got out my trusty Topsy Tail and pulled the pony threw almost all the way. I left a little bump underneath the fantail.

Here is her pony after I had pulled it threw. If any one has advice on how to keep it looking like this I would really appreciate it!
Next we ratted it and sprayed it and hooked hair where I wanted it with bobby pins. I also added a bow because I have to. I think I might be obsessed?

Tada baby mermaid in 10 minutes or less...

Low elastic wrapped pigtails

So sometimes I just want to do something quick with (believe it or not) No BOWS, but I don't want their hair in their faces or to look yucky, so this is what we do!
we part the hair in the center and comb it into low piggies! She has wet hair and then we sprayed it really good with hair spray before combing it!

Then I stick this really cool topsy tail type thingy into one loop of the elastic, and I section out a small piece of hair!

I wrap the hair around the elastic about three times, you could do it more or less depending on the hair length, Baby Mermaid has super long hair, but it is pretty thick also so you might need to wrap more or less depending on the type of hair you have!

Then you hold onto the wrapped hair and pull the tool threw! it is so cool, and you don't see those ugly elastics!

Tada, now just repeat on the other side!

And there you have Low elastic wrapped pigtails! supper easy and fast! perfect for a summer day or a day at school when you have over slept!

I just have to say "isn't she cute"
